Bahadır Adıyaman

Bahadır Adıyaman graduated from Istanbul Technical University, Faculty of Electric-Electronic, and Departmet of Electric Engineering in 1997. Between 1997-2003, He worked in Energy Automation Systems in the Schneider Electric. In 2003, Adıyaman who started working in the Energy Department of SIEMENS Turkey have successfully served in more than 20 Energy System Project as Project Manager through PMD certification. His most important projects are Turkish Electric Transmission Corporation and SIEMENS Germany, Pakistan NTDC-KESC Energy Management Project and various Organized Industry Regions Projects in Turkey and Turkish Electric Distribution Corporation. SCADA projects in 23 regions of Turkey. Since 2010, he has worked as Deputy Director General in YKS and Power Manager then, he has been working as Director General and Member of the Governing Board since July 2011.


Ahmet Kaplan,
Deputy Director General,

Ahmet Kaplan who completed his training in Istanbul Faculty of Political Sciences had worked in Koray Yapı between 1987-1989 and then since our company had established in 1989, he has been working as Head of Finance and Administrative Affairs and he has great experience on legal information, management model and its financial applications. Particularly thanks to his long years experience in building management, he is one of the most experienced professional in our sector in financial and legal subjects. Ahmet Kaplan has been still conducting the position of Deputy Director General and Member of the Governing Board in YSK.


Tayfun Özdemir,
Consulting Services Director

Tayfun Özdemir who graduated from Marmara University, Department of Mechanical Engineering in 2008 has started working in Günay Construction Ltd. Company in 2006 as assistant specialist in charge of mechanical works. He left his job in 2008 because of his military service then he worked in OPTIM Obermeyer Project Inc. in 2009 as the manager of mechanical project. In May 2011, Tayfun Özdemir who has worked as the Manager of Advisory Services in charge of YKS Real Estate Management Services in YSK has been still working as Head of Consultancy Services.


Murat Karabasan,
General Management Services Director

He graduated from Istanbul University, Vocational School of Social Science in 1991. And then, he graduated from Faculty of Open University, School of Business Administration in 1995. Afterwards, he participated in Post Graduate Program of Business Administration-Management-Organization in Istanbul University. Murat Karabasan had started working in our company as Accounting Specialist in June 1991. He has been still working in our company as Head of Accounting and Finance Department.


Mehmet İmamoğlu,
Technical Services Director

Mehmet İmamoğlu who graduated from Yıldız Technical University as a Ship Construction and Machine Engineering in 2004 had been trained in the field of international marketing and strategic planning and in 2006 – 2008, he has taken master degree related Global Business and Marketing. In 2007, he joined the YSK family and he started working as Mechanical Engineer. During his terms of office, İmamoğlu who worked as Controller, Supervisor, Project Manager and Technical Manager in various projects has been working in YSK as the Technical Services Direktor since 2014.


Tamer Vartanlı,
Facilities Management Services Director

Tamer Vartanlı, who completed his education in Uludağ University Faculty of Economics & Administration, International Relations Department, started his professional life at Turkish Prime Ministry as an “Investigation Specialist” between the years 2003 - 2005, afterwards, he decided to work at private security sector and took managerial positions for 6 years at Securitas Security Services, first, as "Assistant Project Manager at Kanyon Offices, Residences and Shopping Center", and then as a "Branch Manager" at Marmara Europe Area. Tamer Vartanlı started working as the Facilities Management Services Director at YKS in 2012 and still holding this position.


Gökhan Sivri,
Operation Field Director

Gökhan Sivri graduated from the Naval Academy, where he studied Ship Engines Management Engineering, in 1987. His sea-duty assignments include fourteen years of service onboard miscellaneous Naval Ships as Branch Officer and Chief Engineer. His shore-duty assignments include eleven years of service as Technical and Administrative Manager. He was assigned six months abroad, during this period. After his twenty five-year career in Turkish Navy, he decided to retire when he was Captain in 2012. After his retirement he was offered to be Business Administration Manager at YKS, where he worked till January 2013. Later on, he worked as Technical Manager at Wyndham İstanbul Kalamış Marina Hotel. He has been working as Field Director at YKS Facility Management Company since May 2014.
