QUALITY, ENVIRONMENT AND OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH POLICY

YKS Facilities Management and Services Inc. is always open to renewals by making no concessions to Facilities Management and business service level and at each point, it defines sustainable recovery as basic philosophy.

 

Within the framework of this policy, YSK acts in accordance with the national and international standards and legislations and YSK performs in complying with ISO 9001 Quality Management System, ISO 14001 Environment Management System and OHSAS 18001 Business Health and Security Conditions.


1.Human Rights
Within its mandate, YSK respects for preserving the international law about Human Rights and as is defined in Human Rights Global Commitment, the company pays ultimate attention not to violate the human rights.

2.Working Standards
In accordance with legal legislations or ILO 138th and 182nd Convantions, YSK shall not recruit any person who is not under minimum of working age.
In accordance with ILO convention numbered 14, for the sake of staff, YSK shall guarantee for its staff to have rest in following 24 hours for each seven days periods.
YSK shall act in accordance with Turkish Republic Legislations about minimum wage.

3.Health and Security
YKS puts into force a health protection system that warranties to act in accordance with the applicable legislation requirement; It pays ultimate attention so that its activities will not damage to the health of the;

• Its suppliers
• Local community
• Its users.

In order to ensure a good security level, it puts into force a waroking security organization.
In order to prevent the injuries and health problems because of the current activities, YSK shall spare no effort to act in accordance with the Business Health and Labor Safety and by securing the risks, it provides more healthy and safety business and living conditions for its each staff and visitor.

4.Environment
YSK evaluates the effects of the activities on the environment and it puts into the force an Environment Management System by controlling these effects. This system particularly defines the organization, staff sensibilitiy as well as training activities and control possibilities.

It attempts to understand and response well the requirement and expectations of the customers by using environment friendly products,
In each service step, by means of principle for preventing the environment pollution, it provides continuous development of the environmental performance,

5.Integrated Management System
Within the scope of sustainable development, YKS organizes training for the development of the staff,
YKS motivates its staff to act and work within team spirit and to run the integrated management system effectively through expert staff and it always follows the main policy to provide sustainable development and required resources to monitor the efficiency accordingly.
It completes the service provided within the promised duration and increases customer satisfaction.
YKS commits that this policy shall be forwarded to each staff and the staff shall understand this policy clearly. At the same time, this policy has established a framework for the targets and has been continuously reviewed.
